I began carving wood after returning from Thailand.  Upon my second visit to this amazing place, I observed the intricate details typical of Southeast Asian artwork.  It didn't take long, but I knew carving wood ran through my veins; an outlet to express my inner self in ways that I could not do playing music.  ​​
